- Charter Currents: The state's most comprehensive, in-depth source of breaking charter school news. For over a decade, Charter Currents has chronicled and analyzed the latest legal, fiscal and regulatory changes affecting charter schools. Charter Currents also includes in-depth articles on school accountability, student assessment, charter school finance, facilities development, special education and other key charter issues.
. - Five hours of "hotline" technical assistance: Members are only one phone call or e-mail away from getting your specific questions answered by CSDC's veteran charter school experts. Our staff has in-depth expertise across a broad range of areas necessary to develop, operate, and oversee your charter school. Member schools and organizations receive five free hours of technical assistance per year and exclusive access to CSDC's charter experts.

Membership Rates
CSDC membership rates vary depending upon the size of your organization.
- Schools: $3.00 per student ($500.00 minimum; $4,000 maximum).
. - Multiple schools under common management: $2.00 per student ($750.00 minimum).
. - Charter-granting agencies: $1,000.00 for the first charter school; $100.00 per each additional school.
. - Charter school developers: $500.00 per developing team.
. - Consultants, attorneys and charter school services providers: Please contact CSDC for pricing.
How to Purchase or Renew Your Organization's Membership:
- Download and read our membership agreement.
- Download and complete a membership application.
- Send completed application and payment (check or purchase order) to the Charter Schools Development Center; 7750 College Town Drive, Suite 100; Sacramento, CA 95826. If your organization requires an invoice, please fax completed membership application to (916) 471-0155.
