How to Order

1.

Download and complete the "CSDC Publication Order Form," which includes a mandatory publications licensing agreement.

2.

Mail completed order form, licensing agreement, and payment (check) or purchase order to the Charter Schools Development Center, 817 14th Street, Suite 300; Sacramento, CA 95814.

3. Upon receipt of signed order form, licensing agreement, and payment, CSDC will ship the publication(s) ordered.

Publications are not available to consultant groups.
CSDC grants to the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials, documents, templates and samples created by CSDC and provided to the original purchaser for the development, operation and supervision of one charter school. These materials, documents, templates and samples may not be duplicated or otherwise shared without the express written consent of CSDC. Information on how to buy additional licenses for our products may be obtained by calling CSDC at (916) 538-6612.
