CSDC Celebrates National School Choice Week 2021!

Please join the Charter Schools Development Center in celebrating National School Choice Week! Each year, thousands of California families choose to send their children to a charter school. School Choice allows families to select the best fit from the educational options available to them.

What can you do to celebrate this week?

• Engage in the National School Choice Week Kickoff event, taking place today at 9:00AM PT. Register here.

2021 School Choice Meet-up, online at 9:30AM PT. Anyone can participate by joining the conversation on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook using the hashtag #schoolchoice at 9:30AM today. Not sure what to post? Click here for some ideas.

• Tell your charter school’s story on social media this week, using the hashtag #schoolchoice, and share how your school has positively impacted families in your community.

• Review CSDC’s California Charter School Support Road Map with your colleagues and share on social media using hashtags #schoolchoice and #charterschools.

Explore free, educational, and fun school choice activities available here, created for families, students, and teachers. Share your creations on social media! Content may be printed and shared in school or at home. Tag the National School Choice Week team when you share online using @SchoolChoiceWeek on Facebook and Instagram, @SchoolChoiceWk on Twitter, or use #schoolchoice and #schoolchoiceweek.

• Learn the 2021 National School Choice Week Dance and share with your students. View a step-by-step tutorial, and download the song now.
