CSDC is proud to release the 2024-25 version of the Annual Planning Calendar!

California charter school leaders need to track a wide (and growing) range of operational, fiscal, programmatic and compliance deadlines annually.

To assist in these efforts, CSDC has developed a school planning calendar that contains 200+ critical dates and deadlines on numerous topics, including:

Accounting
Assessment
Data
Facilities
Funding (State and Federal)
Governance

CSDC recommends that schools track these deadlines alongside local deadlines that are not included on its calendar, such as reporting required by local authorizer(s), key deadlines or dates included in MOUs, etc.

CSDC will continue to update and track items as additional information becomes available. Please check back often as the information provided is dynamic and deadlines sometimes shift during the school year. Also stay tuned for exciting updates to the functionality of the calendar—including ability to filter by topic and subtopic—to be released in the coming months!
