New Resources to Improve Your Charter School Board Meetings

This time of year is busy and exciting for charter school leaders. As the new school year begins, there is so much work for school staff to do! In addition, charter school boards may be returning to their important work after taking some time off during the summer.

With that in mind, CSDC has developed two new resources for charter school governing boards to use as they get back into the swing of governing and board meetings.

The first is a new CSDC Quick Guide to use in creating more effective and efficient meetings. The Quick Guide: Lead Administrator’s Board Report is a template designed to clearly articulate the information charter board members need to hear at each meeting.
