If you aren’t aware or haven’t yet started your plan, this webinar is aimed at getting charter leaders up to speed on California’s workplace violence prevention law (WVPP), SB 553/California Labor Code Section 6401.9 which mandates that nearly all California employers, including charter organizations, develop and implement a written workplace violence prevention plan, provide annual employee training on the plan, and maintain a log of workplace violence incidents. By July 1, 2024, California employers must implement a compliant plan and provide the first round of annual training to their employees.
