Stephanie Schwuchow is the Director of Finance & Operations at CSDC and has been involved in the California charter school movement since 2002. Stephanie leads CSDC’s organizational strategy in operations, finance, human resources, marketing, and technology. She oversees the planning and execution of all client services including leadership trainings and events, membership, consulting and other CSDC services. In prior years, Stephanie served as a Charter School Fiscal Specialist and grant-writer at CSDC. She has written key grants that played a critical role in CSDC’s organizational development, provided fiscal expertise on CSDC’s Accountability Review teams, and led the development and delivery of CSDC’s fundraising and grant-writing workshops.
Prior to CSDC, Stephanie was a founding member of Unity High School in Oakland, California. Before entering the charter school world, Stephanie was a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she specialized in designing and implementing complex financial accounting systems. In her free time, she enjoys teaching art and spending time with her husband, three children and yellow lab. Stephanie holds an MBA and BS from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
