It’s hard to believe the end of the school year is only weeks away. While teachers are administering final exams and students are dreaming of summer vacation, charter school governing boards and school administrators should be focused on continuing the important work that will lead to a strong start for the coming school year.
In addition to required actions such as budget and Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) adoption, Local Indicator data review, and other required actions in CSDC's Annual School Planning Calendar (2024-25), a charter governing board may wish to consider these three tasks as they round out the final weeks of the academic year:
